What does Tani Jones like about working with children?
“I love the milestones and the changes you see each and everyday working alongside children. I love the relationships that are formed by working in the early childhood sector and being such a big part of the children’s learning and growth. I enjoy creating learning spaces for the children and watching them thrive through these experiences. We create strong bonds not only with the children, but with their families too. By creating these bonds, we are given the opportunity to then see siblings enter the service and continue to see the children grow throughout primary school.”
